The cashier yelled at me and scolded me not to touch my steering wheel after I paid him. I told him this is not my first time to wash my car and I know how. He was very nervous and much more angry that I was touching my steering wheel with my two hands. Who dies he think he is yelling at customers, he must have some anger issues within. He needs to be retrained for his attitude. If I just a simple car wash and he is not a nice person.

If you're open until 9pm, why are you coming outside at 330p, picking a random spot in the line, and then telling everyone else that's the last car and to back out from an enclosed and obstructed one way drive into oncoming traffic? Completely unprofessional & unsafe. I just moved to the area, was trying you for the first time, and will definitely never go back. Way too many other places around with proper signage and markings, free vacuums, and they follow their posted hours.

I had a disappointing experience at this car wash. They don’t dry the cars after the wash, leaving water spots everywhere. While they do have vacuums on site, they are not free, which was frustrating. For the price they charge, I expected much better service. I won’t be coming back.

Worst car wash EVER. Their whole “ride” is extremely back and forth - you car is like rocked back and forth, like there’s something wrong with the mechanism. On top of that - whoever dried my car left dirty streaks ALL over my car. I went back when I realized, and instead of giving me the A+ wash I paid for - they gave me a regular wash. I will never come back here again. I would give 0 stars if possible.
